Product recall notice – AIMALL Digital Luggage Scale

AIMALL is recalling certain digital luggage scales sold via Kogan marketplace, eBay, Temu and the AIMALL Shopify website, due to button/coin battery safety compliance requirements.

What you should do

1. Stop using the luggage scale immediately and keep it out of reach of children.
2. Dispose of the product according to your local regulations.
3. Contact AIMALL for a full refund. You do not need to return the product.

How to request a refund

Please email support@aimallestore.com.au with:

• your order number
• your full name
• your preferred refund method (for example PayID or Australian bank account details)

Because some affected orders were placed some time ago, we may no longer be able to refund automatically via the original payment method. In those cases, we will arrange the refund once you provide an alternative refund method.
