1. Policy Statement
Aimall Pty Ltd is committed to responsible sourcing and to identifying and managing risks of modern slavery and other human rights / labour rights violations in our operations and in the supply chains used to manufacture products we sell.
We oppose modern slavery in all forms, including forced labour, child labour, human trafficking, bonded labour and exploitative labour practices.
2. Business Context
Aimall is an Australian marketplace / online retail seller. We source products from a multi-vendor supply base:
- Most suppliers are finished-goods manufacturers (Tier 1).
- Some products are sourced through traders or intermediaries.
- Assortments change and supplier numbers can be large.
We therefore apply proportionate controls rather than assuming factory-by-factory deep audits for every SKU.
Aimall’s consolidated revenue is below the AU$100 million threshold under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) for its most recent financial year. Aimall is not currently required to lodge an annual Modern Slavery Statement. This Policy and our Supplier Code of Conduct demonstrate our approach instead.

4. Our Controls

Supplier Code of Conduct — Published standards covering modern slavery, child labour, wages/hours, health and safety, human rights, ethical conduct and supply-chain cooperation.

Supplier Expectations — Communicate the Code to relevant suppliers and require acknowledgement where practicable, especially for new or priority suppliers.

Records — Maintain supplier identity and, where obtained, manufacturing site / country of manufacture information.

Risk Screening — Progressively prioritise follow-up for higher-risk product categories, sourcing regions or red-flag concerns.

Evidence Requests — Where appropriate, request policies, declarations, licences or social compliance audit reports (e.g. SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, SA8000, ICTI).

Action — Require remediation, suspend purchasing or exit suppliers where serious unresolved risks are identified.

Awareness — Provide proportionate internal awareness for relevant staff as the programme matures; cascade expectations to suppliers.

Reports will be reviewed in good faith. Retaliation against honest reporting is not tolerated.
6. Review
This Policy will be reviewed at least annually, or earlier if laws, marketplace requirements or our sourcing model change materially.
This document does not create contractual rights enforceable by any supplier, worker or third party, and may be updated at any time; the version published on Aimall’s website is the current version.
